This would include replies to enquiries, copies of planning consents, building regulation paperwork and copies of any guarantees - all streamlined so as to pre-empt any enquiries which may be raised by your buyer’s solicitors and, crucially, to ensure that each sale happens within your proposed time frame.
We will liaise with your estate agents, providing both you and the agents with regular progress reports and, further, our team will proactively chase each sale, again to ensure that exchange takes place by your deadline. We can act for your lender and deal with all their security requirements.
We take great pride in our hands-on approach to working with developers. The solicitor leading your team will naturally meet you on site to take your instructions regarding the development and how best to handle the sales. We will also attend the launch of the site so we can be on hand to deal with any enquiries from the agents or prospective buyers.
