Rebecca is a Principal solicitor and Chartered Legal Executive in our conveyancing team.

Rebecca deals with all types of residential conveyancing, including shared ownership transactions, lease extensions and equity release mortgages – and works closely with a number of local agents, financial advisers and Housing Associations.

  • Acting for a developer in setting up a residential development consisting of both freehold and leasehold properties and subsequently dealing with the sale of the properties

  • Acting for freeholders in granting lease extensions

  • Acting for leaseholders that wish to obtain a lease extension, including service of the appropriate notices on the freeholder

  • Acting for both purchasers and sellers of shared ownership properties, as well as those who wish to purchase further shares in their shared ownership properties
